How long have you been coming along to PERFIT training?
Around 3 years.
What do you get up to outside of the PERFIT world?
I work at the local Primary School and juggle two tweens and a husband.
What do you enjoy about training?
The variety, team aspect, Caroline and the ladies I train with. Plus it is local.
What inspires you to train each week?
Caroline! And of course, the exercises makes me feel stronger and healthier.
Do you have any specific goals?
To build/maintain fitness, would love to lose the muffin top (wish I could come more often).
How has it affected your everyday life?
Stronger, Happier, Healthier.
What would you say to someone else considering Group Training?
Do it! The group training environment provides motivation and support through a challenging
session. You’ll walk away feeling better for it.
