How long have you been coming along to PERFIT training?

2-3 years.

What do you get up to outside of the PERFIT world?

Racing around after my 4 gorgeous kids and 1 fur baby.

What do you enjoy about training?

Getting out in the sun and fresh air, and I love the variety Caroline brings to every session.

What inspires you to train each week?

Catching up with the girls! And the post-workout energy and endorphins.

Do you have any specific goals?

To strengthen my core and improve general cardio.

How has it affected your everyday life?

More energy and overall sense of wellbeing.

What would you say to someone else considering Group Training?

Ditch the gym membership and come along!
