Group Training

It’s a well-documented fact that many women are so busy focusing on their families and work lives, that they simply do not take enough care of themselves and their own needs. As we grow older and enjoy life more, our bodies don’t always keep step – which means we have to make a concerted effort to prioritise strength training as a regular part of the weekly routine.

Group training is a great way to stay healthy in mind and body, share ideas and always feel supported along the way.
